From documented aluminium coil to finished roofing sheet.
Evermetal's quality position is based on traceability and process control: identify the material, verify the incoming order, manufacture Longspan and Metcoppo to the approved production schedule, and keep the final supply record clear.
Longspan and Metcoppo roofing sheets are produced in-house.
Evermetal roll-forms/corrugates Longspan and Metcoppo aluminium roofing sheets in Port Harcourt from approved aluminium coil stock. The production order should identify the selected profile, thickness, colour, required lengths, quantities and project reference before forming starts.
- Approved coil/material is identified before production.
- Thickness and other measurable requirements are written on the order.
- Cut lengths and quantities follow the approved roof take-off or buyer schedule.
- Finished sheets are checked against the production and dispatch record.

Mill Test Certificates strengthen trust when they are batch-specific.
For qualifying imported aluminium coil, supplier or mill documentation may provide traceable information such as lot identity, alloy/temper, dimensions, weight, chemical composition, mechanical properties and inspection/conclusion. Evermetal treats these documents as evidence for the identifiable batch—not as a universal claim for every coil.
1. Match the batch
The lot or batch on the quality document should be tied to the imported or received material.
2. Verify the order
Thickness, width, weight, finish and other agreed variables are reconciled against the purchase and receiving record.
3. Review test data
Chemical and mechanical values are interpreted only against the technical standard identified on that document.
4. Keep the evidence
Relevant quality documentation can be retained with the coil/production record for project or wholesale traceability.

Ask for evidence relevant to the material you are buying.
For sizeable coil, roofing or project orders, buyers can request the current material and batch information that is available for the quoted stock. Where third-party or mill documentation is supplied, Evermetal can present it with the relevant order context rather than using it as generic marketing decoration.
